I've taken Chekhov's short story Love and adapted it with footnotes highlighting key lexical chunks as well as phonetic transcriptions. There are discussion questions as well as a link to a Quizlet set based on the lesson.
If you haven't already done so, look at my post on Flipgrid and consider adapting this lesson as an asynchronous video lesson. All you need to do is download the PDF and copy the discussion questions as your Flipgrid prompt. Or better yet, write your own!
